About CSA

One stop shop for your collaboration solution

Collaboration Solutions Analyzer (CSA) is a suite of tools for your collaboration solution. CSA helps during the different phases of a collaboration solution lifecycle; SRV checker and Collab Edge validator drastically reduce the time needed for the implementation and together with Business to Business call tester help to validate the solution. Extensive validation is crucial as during this part of the lifecycle issues don't have a severe business impact yet. Once the solution is put in production time to resolution is crucial as the cost of an outage is high. The Log analysis part of CSA works at the solution level by parsing and correlating logs from all components, the different flows are visualized and augmented with TAC digital IC to easily see what is happening. On top of this diagnostic checks are applied to automatically detect common configuration issues, network problems or product defects. For every issue detected a detailed explanation is provided as well as an action plan to fix the issue.

Unified workflow

Collaboration Solutions Analyzer offers a unified workflow for engineers by combining different tools and capabilities in one place, for example QuickView, SDL Call Filter, TagScout, SRV Checker, Collab Edge Validator and so on. This unified workflow enables engineers to get the most of all the capabilities created and helps the adoption of all great tools developed by TS. The log analysis part of CSA works at the solution level by parsing and correlating logs from all components, the different flows are visualized and augmented with TAC digial IC to easily see what is happening. On top of this diagnostic checks (DSIG, BORG, CSA DS) are applied to automatically detect common configuration issues, network problems or product defects both on product and solution level.
