About On Demand Data Collection (ODDC)ΒΆ

ODDC is designed to improve the customer and engineer experience through faster root cause analysis and problem resolution by removing the back and forth between the Cisco engineer and customer when data is needed to resolve an issue. After the data has been collected the engineer can choose to redirect the collected data to the Log analysis tool or BORG. Alternatively, the engineer can also choose to download the raw data.

On Demand Data Collection (ODDC) is composed of three capabilities:

  • Webex Serviceability Service

  • TraceLogger (roadmap)

  • Collaboration Solution Analyzer: ODDC Application
