Known Limitations

• The tool supports only the products, log formats, and feature scope listed in Product and feature support.

• Analysis quality depends on correct data collection. Missing required files, changed filenames/folder structure, or insufficient log levels can result in partial or failed analysis.

• Automatic product detection is best-effort. Unsupported or corrupted uploads may not be identified correctly and can require manual product selection.

• For large CUCM/CTI SDL datasets, full deep parsing is applied per selected call; the initial calls overview can be incomplete until a specific call is opened.

• Packet capture correlation has scope limits: when PCAP files are selected together with multiple non-PCAP products, PCAPs are analyzed individually rather than linked to a specific product.

• Diagnostic results are signature-based. Unknown defects, uncommon deployment designs, or custom behaviors might not be detected.

• Some views depend on specific artifacts in the uploaded bundle (for example, CMS console requires live.json). If the artifact is missing, that view is not available.

• Results represent the uploaded snapshot only and do not reflect configuration or runtime changes made after data collection.
